Pretty doesn’t last forever…
better for you personal brownies!
This is a single serve bake brownie using Nutella, all natural organic raw almond butter, an egg, coconut oil, and instant oats. I’m trying to stay on my eating clean diet however it gets hard and I get craving for sugar and chocolate; I am a woman after all. So I came up with this recipe substituting in some things to make it a little bit better for you.
1 egg
1.5 T Nutella
1/2 T almond butter
3 T instant Oats
1/4 tsp. coconut oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In either a blender or a food processor put only the oats and blend until it is the consistency of flour. Then add the remainder of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a souffle cup that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick spray. For a molten style chocolate brownie cake bake for approximately 10 minutes for a standard cake style 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
I thought I was the only one
I laught so hard when I saw the name of your blog. I guess I’m not the only one so pasionant about nutella. Growing up in Europe I was raised on this stuff and have my kids addicted to it as well now. I buy it in bulk at Costco and even then I can barely keep enough of it at home. Love your blog keep up the good work
